Today was the birth of an unused, nearly destroyed by one of my first regrind attempts, benchmade 710 D2. I repaired it by hand. Now it has a modified drop point blade with a convex grind. Cuts like crazy... Relatively thin behind the edge, didn't measure it...

The 0200 went back in my pocket on Thursday, and has been with me ever since. Funny thing about this knife - doesn't matter how many other great knives I have, it always finds its way back into my pocket...and, once it's there, it has an amazing tendency to stay there until I make myself put it away. (I carried it, almost exclusively, for over two years after I ground the pocket wrecking nubs off the scales)
