I used to own that version...kinda miss it but want a better steel in my next one. Such a lightweight bigger blade
I know what you mean, gator. It's a very cool knife--stupidly light for a blade that size and the trans-blue scales are grippy and good-looking. The BD-1 seems kinda like VG10 to me--not a super steel, but definitely good enough for a light-to-medium duty EDC.I used to own that version...kinda miss it but want a better steel in my next one.
