Amen Brother !Just to add to @Aryan29 ’s thoughts above...I also appreciate this thread and all the great content. It has become one of my favorite places to check on throughout the week. Great place to unplug and destress for a few moments.
There’s about 1001 things we can all argue about. It’s nice to have a simple thread that focuses on the art/design/expression that is central to this (often ridiculous!) hobby of ours...the knives.![]()
And thank you brother! It’s truly an honor to be counted among such a stand up group of cool individuals. This is such an amazing thread, because of you, and all the great contributors here.

Oh yes the good ole classic Spydie MilitaryI was gonna carry the 247 Wayfarer today like I mentioned in yesterday' post, but it ended up being more of a work day instead of the relaxing, hanging out day I'd hoped for. I'll start installing the gutters and edge aprons tomorrow so I finished up a few odds and ends in both workshops, went through everything I'd need to take, and loaded up the truck so I could get a good start in the morning. I had my KW CTS 204P Mille with me while I worked.

Really dig the design and lines of it. It’s a breeze to carry & feels nice in hand. Typical PT build quality. Solid F&F, with a snappy action, albeit a little less snappy than PT’s SnG and Invictus. My only real gripe was an atrociously dull & obtuse factory edge bevel, but now that it cuts, it’s a fun, interesting looking auto. Honestly though, it doesn’t do a single thing better than any of the other folders we’ve got already, so it probably won’t be around here much longer, despite being so easy on my eyes & pocket. Just my take though. Hope it’s a nice Sunday for you over there brotherI looked at that Arcform auto... didn't pull the trigger yet. Good to see someone else tried it. Impressions?

Always a pleasure brother. The alloy in this is the same alloy (and HT) PT uses in most of their offerings, their 154CM, which I’ve come to appreciate. True, there are many more ‘premium’ alloys being offered these days, but this stuff does seem to do a good job of balancing edge retention & ease of maintenance. Nice steel for an edc user blade, IMOI read the steel is just alright and not a premium metal like the original. Interested to see how it wears and what they did with the heat treat.

You know you could upgrade the cage there’s a aftermarket option. Personally I don’t have a problem with the plastic cage. Don’t worry it will probably last longer then you and I put together lol.View attachment 1298895 My brand new Rex45 Manix 2!!! Love the action, still not fan of the plastic ball cage but oh well.
