On a cold, rainy day I keep going back to that "Franken Knife." As some of you know, I built this thing out of spare parts. What surprised me was that way it fit my hand--like it had been constructed by a custom maker.
Sorry I could not photograph the mirror finish on that edge. I did have an older photo, and that blade is just as keen and shiny.
Sometimes when you find a stack of used knife pieces in your cutlery area, you wind up making a knife that some professional should have foreseen.
Edit: That little white Bichon is my boy, Niko. As you can see, evening mystry dramas just fascinate him!
Back to work on the job site in PTown again today with no-one on the there but K and I. Quiet, productive, no worries about catching anything, and glad we haven't been shut down so far. One more day there and I'll be good to bill out my progress as I'll have completed phase one.
Carried my new-to-me 0801BW and really enjoying this one.
