EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

I spent a short day by myself in PTown as K and C were called to another job instead of us boring out the joist tails and piping the 10 floor drains. Instead I went up late, finished up a few odds and ends to complete my original contract, cleaned up and re-organized, and left early. I carried one of my favorite work knives today.

I came home to my two new beauties and spent the rest of the day carrying them around the house. They'll be users, but more of the EDC ilk and likely not work knives. The wood is warming and showing more luster just from handling. I sat out back, lubed the pivots, and the action is starting to break in bit by bit--the Endura ahead of the Delica as one would expect for a bigger knife. I had some decent light in the shade of the house and got some better pics than those hurried indoor shots last night.

I really love the finish along the handle spines with the stainless spring/Boye-dent lock release/backspacer/liners all nested together. All the bright hardware contrasts with and complements the wood which looks better and better with every touch.

Thanks for the push... I just ordered my first Delica

I've noticed some members have a "Guardians of The Lambsfoot" banner, so today's Throwback Thursday EDC is a knife I picked up along the way but don't know much about. Stamped SHEFFIELD ENGLAND and etched Real Shepherd Knife, almost looks "squared and clean," but maybe not quite. I think it's pretty old but not sure how old. Feel free to comment, thanks.

That's a cool looking knife. We'd love to have you show it off in the thread below - lots of knowledgeable folks there who could shed some more light on it. I can't say that I've seen the Real Shepherds stamp before.
