EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

R
I've noticed some members have a "Guardians of The Lambsfoot" banner, so today's Throwback Thursday EDC is a knife I picked up along the way but don't know much about. Stamped SHEFFIELD ENGLAND and etched Real Shepherd Knife, almost looks "squared and clean," but maybe not quite. I think it's pretty old but not sure how old. Feel free to comment, thanks.

Rate this, no enough English knives out there, is sad Sheffield knives don't carry the same weight the name used to, we need more quality UK knife makers, let me know if you know any custom or production

Awesome! I appreciate the feedback and hope your having a good week as well brother!

Thanks its a Civivi Governor. About 4" of hollow ground D2 riding on PB washers. Smooth action and pretty light for the size at a little over 4 oz. Civivi offers great bang for the buck and best of all its very affordable!

Congrats on that pair of pakkawood beautys S! Hap40 is amazing steel also (basically rex 45). Enjoy!

Realized I've been neglecting my keens so threw my favorite port hole version in the pocket this evening.
Awesome thanks man!

New Piranha 21 today:

It's a fine knife, but it suffers from my preferring the X to it entirely. It's the same length blade, but skinny and less belly, with a narrower but longer handle. It is radically quieter to open than the X, though, so it has that going for it at least.

Edit to add: it does also have a thinner blade, which I like. Still prefer the X overall, but the 21 may actually perform better thanks to the thinner blade.

Guy Stainthorpe or something like that! There's a website that names a bunch. Try googling
