It is a beast indeed. It hands a stock 660 it's ass emphatically. 71cc's singing strong at 15000 rpm's gets my blood moving quite nicely, and the fact it is always in perfect tune and starts in 1-2 pulls religiously makes it hard to beat. Add spring anti-vibration (stiffer in the "R" wrap version) and a Husky-clone cyclonic air filtration (I can literally forget about the air filter for dozens of tanks) and you have the greatest firewood getter ever made. Thanks man. It’s been a good saw. Was going for the lighter weight when I got it trying to save my back. I bet that 441 is a beast! I’ve seen video of ported saws and they are impressive for sure. I’d never turn down more power.![]()
Makes me miss mine a little. Good knife.
That looks an awful lot like a Sago palm. I usually associate those with Florida.

The 204P Millie is indeed a great knife. Congrats on the pick-up! Are those actually blue scales or is that just the light playing tricks with a green KW exclusive?
Thanks brother its indeed a KW exclusive. Im a sucker for green and millies as well. While i love my beautiful Ti millies the lighter weight of the G10 variants are that much nicer to carry. Heres another shot of it from earlier to round out the evening.

I humbly disagreeNice knives. In my humble opinion, the tri-way pivot and steel lock bar inserts are gimmicky at best. However, I could look past them if Rick were to produce a run of skinny non-flipper skinners. Great looking blade shape.

Really compliments that knife !Yes sir, burgundy micarta linen micarta.
I've had both, and strongly agree with you. I really prefer my framelocks to be without lockbar inserts. I like the bite of titanium against steel for the lock engagement, and it is increasingly difficult to find them as manufacturers opt for the mass production option of inserts. That's why I like my older XM's, and have recently discovered how much I really like the SnG and SMF for similar reasons. I also like the Gen3 XM's where the closed stop pin is more "internal", and like blade mounted stop pins for the open position, ala the aforementioned and Umnumzaan's, a lot of Medford's, etc.Nice knives.
