Carrying a small knife today

It's finally Friday!!! Going cheap and heavy today, Kershaw 1304BW, part of their "Own It" pack. I liked the price and knife finish, kind of like the Pocket Worn look Case uses. Very similar to their Lifter model except for the blade shape and steel. Hope you guys have a great weekend!

Took Friday and Monday off. Gots me an extended weekend! Hitting it off by going to a local knife shop, and got a couple things.

Another Rainmaker beauty there, brother, but aren't they all? I was sorely tempted by the dagger grind when casting about for mine, but settled on the FFG for better slicing performance, although I'll bet that hollow grind on yours is pretty damn thin behind the edge and a good cutter in its own right. The frosty finish, Timascus band, and the blue edging on the holes with the interior color showing through are really striking.

I've got a perfect day to carry mine with just a little light duty around the house and about to run a few errands uptown. Here's a few shots of my side of our mutual carry today.

Such a gorgeous knife! And yes, I do love that FFG. The reason I went with this particular knife, is that I got it direct from Eugene's hand at BLADE last year. It's part of my "matched set" of this Rainmaker, and the Prototype Whippersnapper they had. I bought them both, as both look very similar with that Timascus band and overall coloration.
