Mail call brought a new-to-me CRK that checks a lot of the boxes I've been meaning to fill in the Chris Reeve Wing of my accumulation. I've been wanting another Insingo for some time as well as another Inkosi. I've also not had a Plain Jane for awhile--missing that handle style since trading away my PJ 25 as part of a deal for a Shiro. The Inkosi being the logical successor to the 25, this one fills that void nicely and gives me all three attributes together in one knife without duplicating that combination in any of my other several.
And when is a "used" knife better than a new or BNIB one? When the seller says it's not LNIB as it was lightly carried, but you have to look real hard for the faint snail trails. When the knife's been sharpened but it has an outstandinghalden.doerge mirror-polished edge on it. When it's been used but it's not even broken in and I can tune it up just the way I want it. Many thanks to @DNAIrradiator for the good deal and passing along this sweet knife.
I started out today with my RDD in pocket and finished up with my new PJ Inkosingo on me. (Apologies toDcdavis for co-opting his term
.)

Sweet edge, brother. Is that a bit of a re-profile?I saw you nabbed that one! Good! Glad it went to a good home. Inkosi insingos may take the best edges out of all the CRK models, I think.
