Lately I've been packing Spydercos to work with me in anticipation of the arrival of the REX-45 Military. However, all the beautiful photos of orange PM2s/Para 3s recently have been driving me crazy along with all the photos of V-TOKU 2 Delicas and Enduras; so I caved and decided to join the party! My first Endura and Delica (while I wait for my Massdrop SG2 Endura and Delica). They were waiting for me in the mailbox when I got home! The Manix 2 sprint was what I carried to work today.

Carved out a coconut today to scoop out the insides. Took quite a bit of pressure that I probably would have thought twice about if i only had a folder.

Just got this giy today. I have had the liteweight model but this knife is a true masterpiece.

Couldn’t be happier.

One of the most comfortable edc fixeds I’ve ever had the pleasure of carrying. With a staic cord I literally forget its there. Sitting, standing doing a backflip, it’s all very comfortable and I’m very happy.

I can’t believe they discontinued it..

I know... I was talking with my good friend who literally edcs a Micarta Street Beat every single day. We are both deeply saddened that Spyderco has discontinued what may be the ultimate edc fixed blade ever made. I consider myself very lucky to have nabbed one.

It seems that the younger generation in Japan around Seki city have no interest in getting into making knives and the cost of manufacturing there has shot up.

They still make the black frn handled street but it just isn’t the same.
