EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

New (to us) addition to the garden this year: Egyptian Spinach. Interesting plant. Doesn’t taste like spinach (very mild), but it’s packed with nutrients, more than spinach and broccoli from what I’ve read. We also saw where you can make cordage from the stalks for a little backyard bushcraft, which I guess is why it’s also called jute mallow among other names. But best of all, it thrives in all this Florida summer brutality!

We’re going to try pickling these seeds pods that form. Supposed to be similar to okra. Being from the south, I do love some pickled okra.
