EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

So, as I suggested in my earlier post today, I have added another W here for WValtakis WValtakis Wednesday as the handle slabs I sent out for embellishment have returned from the left coast. I always liked this Andrey Biryukov Sigma but it was overwhelmingly monochromatic. Chip satin finished the bottoms of the milled pockets before anodizing, then masked them and media blasted the flats, darkening them a bit, which adds another visual lift in contrast with the pivot, body screws, backspacer and, clip in their original lighter gray.

Oh man...that is absolutely gorgeous with that blue lanyard:cool:. Glad to see it all back together, a little jealous too...let me know if you ever get bored with it;). Not gonna lie, I felt up the scales a bit while they were here...seems like a knife I could definitely love:D

4 Rivers?!?! That’s right down the road from me if you’re referencing the one in East Orlando. I’m over in Tville. To stay on topic, how do you like that Zieba?

Yessir, you would be correct! That's awesome!

And yes, I do really enjoy this knife. I was kind of cold on it when I first got it, but I enjoy it now. A very well made knife, and the only folder that I have that features Nitro-V.

One of the few Benchmades I own(5400 Serum D/A), and the only knife I'm actually hesitant to disassemble  Somehow BM managed not only figure out a way to disengage a coil spring auto function to make it Dual Action, it's also the only D/A I have with a dry fire safety:cool:

Great news, I always love to hear fellow forum members who are in the same area. I had a chance a while back to get a knife that I was interested in having Nitro-V but it didn’t work out. I’ve always wondered how it performs.

Haven't carried this one in a while and forgot how much i like it. Amazing action, thinly ground, rock solid lockup and lock geometry, Lightweight and easy to disengage lock bar, as well as good looks. Only gripe is the clip, im not a big fan of its aesthetics (Works fine), but looks like a CRK clip may possibly work with a little modification and would fit the overall look much better imo.View attachment 1360150

My favorite knife in 2017 & still is today. Bought two 'cause one is none.....

Great pic, thank you.
