I shouldnt ask, because I dont really think that I could stomach knowing where it came from without getting one, and it looks spendy.

I'll ask anyhow. What is the blade on the bottom in the bottom picture, and how do I go about finding one?

I've got this one on me today. Made by a forum member I believe out of z wear or z tuff.

Pretty sure it's a Ban Tang custom...not sure of the model, maybe the Clinch Pick.

Wow, very interesting scales. Are those custom?
Yes, they were done by deathofallthings(deathgripscales). They are black g10 and blue ctek inlay. The G10 I had him keep the milling lines on it, and the ctek has a spiral pattern. I really like them! Doesn't really get you to gold class level, but damn close. And a heck of a lot less expensive.
View attachment 1369719 and here's a 556 with cf and red ctek. Mill lines throughout on that one. And a red g10 backspacer that's not pictured.

What a sick blade! I believe you’re correct Chip, something that diabolical could only come from Ban Tang. The model is a SAF, I think. Love it

Very cool to see the Tendick putting in work. Is it performing as hoped? I’ve noticed using a great knife like that makes the job more pleasant. Sure looks to be serving you well :)
Tendick's knives have all these little subtleties to them that result in overall better cutting. The balance right on the guard makes it easy to flip around when you need to walk across studs.
Yes, this knife is amazing, in about a month I'm going to start carrying my Shapu Boei
Not gonna lie though, I have a debilitating weakness for neatly wrapped handles over ray skin.

Starting today I'm going to try and carry this Kershaw Atmos every day for the month of July. It is a bit of a test to the blade steel and just to do it. This knife actually surprised me with how much I enjoy using it and flipping it. I actually find myself reaching for this knife over other knives costing significantly more .
