EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

I shouldnt ask, because I dont really think that I could stomach knowing where it came from without getting one, and it looks spendy.

I'll ask anyhow. What is the blade on the bottom in the bottom picture, and how do I go about finding one?

I've got this one on me today. Made by a forum member I believe out of z wear or z tuff.

As has been confirmed in later posts, this is a Ban Tang Knives SAF (Sexy As F*ck). I believe these go for $425-$500 new.

My largest Shiro was calling to me this morning, so instead of waiting for Carbon Fiber Friday I made this a WonEleven Wednesday. The only problem was my morning attire would have been down around my knees with that honkin' big knife in pocket so I clipped in its wickedly light CF comrade, my Cheburkov Strizh, and had the big guy alongside until changing into some stouter shorts around mid-day.

These two have in common a somewhat unusual construction, each with an entirely CF show side. The Shiro has a partial, housed lockside liner while the Cheb is essentially a linerless liner lock, built similarly to the NorthArm Skaha with its lockbar tied in only by the clip screw with a corner tucked behind the partial backspacer. Both knives have amazing action with the opening smoothness edge going to the single-studded Strizh and the closing edge to my tuned-up and hydraulically free-dropping Shiro thumb guillotine.

Just added a MXG DP clip on one of my
Hogue Deka’s And I’m liking it. Looks great with a nice and deep pocket ride but still snatches from the pocket easily. Think I will leave my FDE Deka’s with the stock clip since I like that one to. Feels good in hand also with no hot spots.
