Ok folks...I know, I know...3 posts in one day!! I’m just trying to make up for lost days.
It was my wedding anniversary last week, and I received this beautiful Gransfors Bruk Felling axe from my wonderful wife. 3.5lb head, 35” handle...what a joy to use. Tested ‘er out this afternoon. Swedish beauty.

Nice axe. That reminds me, that I have a pile of logs that need cutting and splitting. I have to use a splitting axe and a heavier maul. Since my accuracy ain't accurate, I use Fiskars axes. They truly are "unbreakable" as my nickname attests. I'm known as "lightning", because I can't hit the same spot twice.
