EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

We packed up and headed back south today and while moving from the house to the truck to the shed to the Ranger to the woodshed I kept with my usual Vermont woods carry and had the Endura with me.

Before taking the battery out of the Ranger to bring home to keep charged and warm, I used it to haul a couple things around. I've had her out in the winter maybe once before, so it was interesting to give here a spin through the edge of the woods in the shallow 4 inches ground cover we had. Her knobby tires are 15 years old and she only weighs about 1200 lbs, but she went ok, though I wouldn't want to tackle anything much deeper or very steep. Better tires and chains with some weight would make her go through the white stuff better. They do make track kits for 'em, but then I could buy a snowmobile instead of going to that trouble of changing those out twice a year... ;)

Wednesdays are often reserved for Wood or Wilson or Wilkins, but starting the morning with the Endura I figured on this being a Wicked Wednesday as in Wicked Sharp, Wicked Pointy, and a Wicked Good Slicer. After cleaning up and changing for the ride home I figured to take it one step further and pocket the Rainmaker which is all of those plus Wicked Long and Slender and a Wicked Good Looker to boot. :D

Transformation Thursday. Blade was acid washed and stone washed before being reprofiled to 17degs per side. The scales were swapped with the g10 scales from my 20cv mini grip and the clip was changed to the mini deep carry.

This is not my best knife or even best Mini Grip for that matter but it finds its way into my pocket more than any other knife I own minus my Victorinox Compact.
