EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

How do you like it? I've come close to getting one several times......

My first impression is mostly positive. I've been waffling back and forth about it for the past six months, or so. At $60 to my door, it feels like it's priced about right.

There is one thing...

I hear you: "send it back! A. G. Russell is solid, and they'll take care of you!"

Yeah, see, the world doesn't work that way, for me. If I try to send it back, either it will get lost on the way, or they will magically sell out of Ebony Delrin, while it's in transit. If, somehow, the transaction would go smoothly, then the exchange example would be the one that slipped through QC with a bad heat treat. I'm keeping it, and the off-center blade is going to be a reminder that expecting perfection from a tool that was made by a man, is to guarantee disappointment.

No rub. GTG :cool::thumbsup:

Nice knife!

Finally closed down my plant for good, they laid us all off Thursday. Finally moved into my new home. Bored, anxious and restless, I ended up painting my glasses and Streamlight to match, haha.
Gotta say the Rustoleum spray paint I used seems to be fairly tough. Thus far my glasses aren't showing signs of wear, after a couple days.

Don't judge me too harshly, haha.

Thank you for the info! I'm the same way about returning things. I don't really like to do that for some reason. My boker Barlow is the same way. There are some spring gaps, the edge was pretty uneven and the blade isn't centered...

But I bought it to use it and nothing stops it from being usable. After time I'm sure those things won't even be a second thought.
