Who is the maker of that beauty ! ?Today had a more traditional vibe going for it from the moment I got outta bed. Kinda wish I had a nice, freshly baked baguette and some warm Brie right about now...

Think you can get me started with just a Dremel and Dewalt block sander and worksharp belt sharpener ?![]()

Thanks for taking the time for your reply.Lol, this may sound ridiculous but I have two of these knives and I’m not exactly sure how to answer that. I believe the maker is Gilles and this is part of the Fontenille Pataud line, specifically the Corsican Pialincu model. From the website I purchased them from:
“...The 10.5 cm Pialincu Corsican pocket knife was created with Antoine Zuria and Robert Beillonnet (Awarded best custom French knife maker in 1997 and 2000). The Pialincu is an evolution of the 12 cm Sperone Zuria & Gilles® in a more "gentlemen/smaller" size.....”
I get a little confused later in the description as to who actually produces the knife and whether or not it qualifies as for the “Le Theirs” designation; so hopefully someone with a little more knowledge on these French knives can shed some light on the specifics.
Lol, yeah....I know, this should’ve been an easy one and I’ve somehow managed to turn it into a rambling clusterdump.
Martin's the best!
