Hey, congrats on your pick-up, Zep, and kudos to woodysone woodysone for making the trade to put a smile on your face. It's funny that I was just thinking about your search for a 705 as I carried my 710 yesterday and part of today. I found a nice one over at the Big Auction Site and was gonna PM you the link despite a high opening ask. I'm glad you got your 705 and now I don't have to feel guilty about having two. ;)

Dadpool Dadpool has inspired me to show a level of commitment I have not shown in a long time. I will be carrying this Firetac for at LEAST 14 days straight.

I hope everyone is having an excellent Tuesday!

That's a great-looking Firetac! I've always meant to try one of those. :)

I'm in stage two of a three-stage experiment in downsizing and replacing my rotation with three knives. It's been a lot of fun so far! :D

I’ve gotten to where I really prefer carrying the same knife for at least a week or more straight. Makes life a lot simpler. Really get to know a knife that way as well. Made me realize that I can get by with only a tanto if I had to

Hahaha don't fell guilty, I look over on the big auction some and on here a lot. I've been on the hunt for a while now. I tried my best to give the 705 to my Dad (cause he gave me his 710) but he wouldn't take it. I wish Benchmade would do a remake of those two.

It’s my favorite Hinderer! I just struggled to get a color combo that I wanted and I believe this is it. Oddly enough this is the first one I ever put in my cart and then changed my mind.

I’m hoping to slow myself down and really learn to appreciate each knife. I don’t think I could get down to 3 but I definitely have too many knives.

I think that’s a great idea that I will try after I dedicate a little time to this Firetac.

I am only recently back in this hobby and I believe I hit it way too hard coming back in. I need to slow it down and learn to enjoy a knife longer than a day.

I was the same way. Came in pretty strong early on then I slowly leveled out. I don’t think I’ve bought a knife in 9 months maybe? Once I found CRK I kinda found my home. It’s a good feeling to not be chasing other knives for me

The "blitz" of accumulation over the past six years has been fun, and has taught me a lot about knives and my preferences. No regrets! But I'm ready for a change. :)
