Well I sure did manage get a lot more 0640 talk going with yesterday's second post regarding that knife. I do appreciate the additional comments and pics but, fortunately or otherwise, any sense of acquisitive urgency on my part has somewhat abated. At least some of that has come from revisiting my spate of more recent purchases and the expenditure involved as well as at least the passing and rational notion that I really don't need another knife--right now anyway. ;)

It rained really hard last night and is now blustery with some oddly driving drizzle coming in off the Atlantic, but I managed a few pics of my new Hudson when scouting the gym earlier to see if I'd need take the chill off over there with the space heater. (Not.) My plans for the day are a bit fluid with the wet weather :rolleyes: so I don't know as I'll keep this one with me as I'm not close to willing to subject it to the hazards of more worklike tasks should I start moving gear around in preparation for starting the door and window project next week. I'm happy to have it with me now, though.
