EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Just no clip, throw in pocket endura today

Are you trying to catch those Easter Bunny’s in the background??

Two mighty knives, stellar pictured!
Never handled a Marauder, but the midi versions of this model are great IMO.
How do you like the Norseman? A very unique looking knife, but the recurve/tanto shaped blade seems quite difficult to sharpen.

Thanks for the interest, the Norseman, despite it shape, i find it quite useful, particularly the point where the recurve meets the belly of the tanto. It digs right in boxes and with the recurve, bites in and open boxes easily and fast. I like the recurve to cut down wax paper or wrapping cardboard at the shop, clean and easy. Action is fantastic both thumbstud or flipper

The tanto tip with the belly punctures easily through tape and cardboard too

As for sharpening the recurve, i found that the sharpemaker with it triangle rods works thhe best either for honing or resharp depending on the rods you are using

And stropping the recurve, i use a scrap piece a leather belt, folded over and use it to strop the recurve

Nice! I played with a bunch of those at Monkey Edge back when those were still new. Almost bought one exactly like yours, but walked out with a Hoback instead. I wasn’t as into Microtech at the time since autos weren’t legal here yet.

The gimmicky retractable click is nice but kinda weak on its own. I had multiple Hobacks but one customer service with the owner went south... Never went back again.
