EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Lol, not sure I deserve all the blame on that one, but I do sincerely hope you enjoy the knife. I absolutely love the bead you chose for it!

I’ll tell ya’ what; if you ever find your relationship with the Medford heading down the crapper....shoot me a pm. I still find myself eying the bronze one every time I see it.

And on a quick, somewhat related side note: every page of this thread is akin to walking an isle of the world’s largest knife “Superstore”. Twelve hours ago I’d never even heard of Actilam Knives. Eleven hours and forty-seven minutes ago I somehow managed to find myself with one “inbound”.

Lol, so it’s clearly the thread that’s to blame here. Darn thing should have some parental settings on it.

Haha. But seriously, the bronze looks awesome. I do hope you enjoy it!

If you don’t want to take all the blame for how much I like the GJ then....awe who am I kidding, it was your post that made me want one. It is all your fault for my smile. Haha.
The bronze is awesome. I had planned to distress the edges of the scales and re-ano them gold, but Medford already did that. :)
Was a pleasant surprise.

Also, I have an Actilam inbound as well. Haha. Since 7:00 this morning. Lol. Got the white corian scales...probably get Chip @WValtakis to scratch em up if I like the knife.

Live today to the fullest @zerodin.

Thanks, it’s a Wharncliffe Combat Troodon. They discontinued these a long time ago and are very hard to come across now.

Thanks.

Been a hot minute since I carried the Gent. Pairs well with the Steyr.

Happy Friday all. So, I have been waiting all week to carry this 943SBK. I know that must sound weird but I wanted to carry this knife for Black Friday. I guess I could of carried this on Monday since the scales are Burlap Micarta. I really like how this turned out, even though I really don’t care for partially serrated blade. I like it so much, I ordered a set of Bone Linen Micarta and some titanium hardware from Adrian to convert a 943. Have a wonderful weekend!

Excellent snag...you snooze ya loose Josh. @Rose and Thistle Custom. Haha.

I’ve been eyeing this model up for a few years now as well. Mrs. R&T maybe you can put a query to rest for me...lock is cool as heck, but is it comfortable in hand? :)
I find that the lock doesn't cause discomfort, and it creates a flat place to use as a thumb brace. The little clip it has on the spine though seems to not be of much use and is uncomfortable. Josh says it would not be a hard modification to remove it though.

My very first post on forum and photography for knife newbie.
I recently bought this early version of the Bob Dozier Large Workhorse made in 2002. I like this because it is sturdy and reliable and works for what it is to do...everyday carry, hiking, camping, long distance driving vacations.

Welcome to Bladeforums! Prepare to open your mind and empty your wallet! Cool knife, can't wait to see more from you! Just know we are a community of enablers, some of us shamelessly so.

Been waiting all week for “Fifteen Photo Friday” to roll around so I could feed my fetish and post 15 pics of the same knife in slightly different lighting.

Haha. No. I’m kidding. But I’ll bet a few of you did facepalms and started cussin’ me a bit, right?

Instead, I’ll do what I never do and simply post one pic of the Viper Katla I’m using on my workbench today. Hope everyone enjoys a terrific weekend!
