The saw is vital for this adventure, usually can't get in without it. The Sebenza is no slouch but, not sure how it would feel about clearing deadfall all day.

I took Gus back to the pier to try and find my Manix2 today.. no luck. I officially said goodbye to one of my longest running EDC knives.

Technically, it's lighter, but not enough to matter. "Lite" in this case is in reference to the build materials. I have the FRN (Whatever Cold Steel's version of that is) instead of the G10. I have AUS10A instead of the S35VN. Less monies, is all.

I'm dying for an AD10 now! I guess I'm on a Cold Steel kick.

AD10 still on sale at the Big River site. Got mine earlier in the week. It’s the real deal at a bargain price.

I remembered I had a bead stashed away that I added onto my last order from the maker and figured it would be a good match for the 0640 so I tied up a tail while watching the Sox game last night. Despite its weight it became a shirt pocket carry this morning as I made up for skipping my workout yesterday and lazed around in gym shorts and T this afternoon.
