The circuit for high/low gas pedal switch on the old lx2 and older A2 aviator are in the tail cap so by using the malkoff head I get all the benefits of the lx2 with 3 times the output and better battery life and full compatibility with 16650 cells. I've used the set up for years and have yet to find something that works as well for me.
