Nice and nice. How many mm is that Tudor? Anything over 41 doesn’t suit me.
Thanks. The Tudor is a Black Bay Fifty-eight, 39mm.

Honestly, it’s a bit smaller than I tend to prefer and a watch that I’ve never had any interest in….but I walked into my AD a few weeks ago prepared to buy something else, saw the Tudor in person for the first time and the damn thing just reached right out of the case and grabbed me by the balls. We were at a standstill and it showed no sign of letting go, so I had no choice but to bring it home with me. Turns out I absolutely love the watch.

My sweet spot is about 41-43mm with a lot of variables that factor in. I knew with the Tudor I’d eventually put it on Perlon, which for whatever reason lets smaller watches find their “groove” on my wrist and settle in comfortably. If you like sub 41mm, it’s definitely got a smaller presence on the wrist and a lot of really nice features going for it.

Now just work on the jeans 😉

Lol, let me preface this by saying I have absolutely no fashion sense/knowledge base whatsoever. I’m a retired guy in his early 50s still rockin’ cargo shorts, tees and som All Birds on a daily basis, and on the rare occasion I throw on jeans I like a relaxed fit with excess inseam so they don’t ever show ankle, even sitting down. They gotta be washed to the point of being super-soft and about as faded as denim can get. Think mid 80’s style here. Loose, baggy, faded, worn and comfy. Kinda like a favorite hoody, lol.

I know. Made a lot of folk cringe there, didn’t I?

So I’m honestly just curious…what can you tell about those jeans from that little hem pic? I mean, to me they look like what I see the younger folks wearing at the bar on Saturday night. What little nuances do you pick up on?

Lol, probably a good thing I’ve been happily married for 22 years. I’ve got two looks….beach bum (daily) and executive (occasionally). I’d flounder and die a lonely man if I had to navigate today’s fashion to survive.

X2 Brother on all accounts except I’d probably have more new wranglers if I didn’t buy so many knives 😂
Btw my favorite relaxed wear are also my worn out cargo shorts. The knife side top pocket Is so worn out now I have choose a different not so convenient pocket but it’s so worth it lol. But that’s were my left handed Inkosi comes in handy because I can use the fresh hardly used left side to get some more mileage out of them lol.
Oh and Hoodies rock 👍🏻👊🏻

I “rescued” this old D2 WE 617B from a member here on the Exchange. Has those old WE proprietary star shaped screws. Took two hours this morning to take it apart, clean and sharpen it. Action is smooth as silk and it’s scary sharp. Today’s carry and worth every penny I paid!
