EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

I was home alone earlier this evening, so I grabbed the MKM/Viper Timavo and settled down on the lanai to try and get an up close and personal view of our small “herd” of deer coming out of the woods for their nightly forage.

Of course, they waited until the very second I went inside to feed the dog before they started emerging from the preserve:

Hoping a 3-second video is embedded here.

Quick aside: seeing deer is kind of a big deal down here in southwest Florida. Most folks don’t even know we have them. I lived here for 25 years before I saw my first one, and it was only then that I realized deer actually inhabited SWFL. Lol, I can spit out my car window and the odds are 50/50 that I’ll hit a gator….but unless you’re a hunter, deer are a rare thing to see. We’ve been watching as two deer gradually became about twelve over the past several years, and they come into our community every night through a gate we leave open in our perimeter fence. Everyone gets a kick seeing them around the neighborhood.
they're everywhere up here....saw these ones 2 nights ago while on a run.

The deer have been hitting up our backyard pretty hard up here in CFL for the past two months, and are entirely unconcerned with human presence. They'll walk right up in my backyard while I'm sitting there and look at me as they start munching, it's great.

Grandad carried the Western on Okinawa in WWII. I carried the Kabar and Victorinox during my time in the Marines. Today on Veterans Day I’ll carry the bone handled Camillus. Happy Veterans day to all of you and thank you to those that support the troops.
