Monday’s carry including a beautiful leather slip I received from Sharp & Fiery Sharp & Fiery in a Gaw and what a beautiful leather slip I will carry and use with pride.
I still can’t stop smiling !

Wouldn’t trade it for anything. We told him before we went out that he could whisper if he had to talk. It didn’t really register to him that meant only whisper if you absolutely have to. He’d just carry on like it was any other day and just whisper away nonstop. Every time I’d say “you have to be quiet” he’d go “you told me I could whisper” :D

Yesterday was a busy day for me. My Brother came to visit and we got a bunch of stuff done, including getting some brush burnt up.

It was time for my wonderful wife to excavate the carrots before the frost set in for good…

And we managed to get out for a duck hunt, but unfortunately, I think the cold weather at night and the snow during the day has pushed them south for the year.

This Case Muskrat in Rainbow Corelon arrived over the weekend, and I gotta say I'm quite pleased with it. Fit and finish were on point (to my eye at least) and since we often call Case out for poor quality control I figured I should point out a positive experience. I should add that I did ask the dealer to pick me out a purty one though and check for F&F, so that could be why and kudos to them as well. I don't think I can shout them out here, but lets just say it's a dealer that specializes in traditionals and is named after the ABSOLUTE HANDS DOWN BEST television series of all time.

The color variation is hard to capture in pics, and I wasn't quite sure what to expect as this is my first experience with this material, but I dig it. I put a brushed finish on the bolsters as I almost always do with my Case knives.
