People sometimes mock me and the brand because of the knives I buy and where they are made.. but I’ll put this beast up against just about anything they carry.

I like that one a lot, but I find finger choils on short blades stupid, silly, useless, obnoxious, and a crime against nature (well, at least my nature). That said, I'm quite happy that you enjoy an otherwise (handicapped but...) fine blade.

It’s not short though. That fella is massive.

Civivi Exarch today. However, I forgot that I had the Civivi Riffle in it's box in my office all week, meaning to return it. I decided to get it out, look at it, and decided to rummage around the tool/household cleaner/miscellaneous closet at work to see if we had any lubricant that might work. Had some dual action WD-40, sprayed some in the pivot, worked it through a bit, then blew out the excess with compressed air.

Whaddya know, fixed my gripes in not just the action, but it opens well with the thumb hole. Damnit, now I may keep it, now that it functions as expected. Drops shut too now.
