EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Worked at the plant over the weekend. These two were with me. Man, WValtakis WValtakis does some good work. I'm really enjoying the MYTO now.

Pretty nice “work” blades 👍🏻

I did carry my 908BK-1501 again yesterday, but was up and out early to finish setting up the gym, site directed 6 game-slots worth of youth b-ball, cleaned and closed up, then sank back into my chair when home, bone-tired watching football until I crawled off to bed. I didn't manage any BF stuff or snap any fresh pics along the way, so here's a post for yesterday and some file pics from last year. I'm resting a bit today and catching up with some neglected stuff and hope to be back here with today's carry--once I actually get going....

Man I got to say, if all coaches and program directors worked like you do..our children would be way better off 👍🏻😁

Thanks, B, that's kind of you to say. I was actually trying to start easing out this time around after twenty-two years with the league and my club, but my league replacement bailed on me and I'm back at it with all the public health stuff superimposed on top. I just need to find a way to see our program continue (and Improve) on all levels going forward so the kids still have the chance to play, learn, and have fun.

Yessir like I said, you are above the rest…old school mentality wins most days imo 🤔👍🏻

Thanks brother 👍🏻
Also I’m not that concerned about extra rounds . It’s a 45acp so there like flying ashtrays 😁
Eh, well... Still, few extra rounds are good to have.
BTW, im using those for years, very reliable, grear quality leaf spring if l remember right, metal folower, never had any related issues. Im surprised more people dont know this company...

Wrote this before l saw Murphjd25 Murphjd25 post, same imprssion here, lm using those for my 9mm Shield.
They were recommended to me by a good friend of mine from one of the European agencies, they use the Shield because is flat and easy to conceal, better trigger since the striker is fully cocked, the mag guts they use as an upggrade. I love the little gun and the 10 rounds mag

I've been waiting for the Demko AD20.5 to come out in either a new steel or a new handle color (the grey bores me), and now there are (at least) two that fit the bill: DLT's olive drab exclusive and this one, Blade HQ's jade exclusive.

It's hard to photograph this color! It looks whiter here than it is in real life. Great knife, though. Sits right in my ~3.25" sweet spot, the Shark Lock is fun, and Demko's usual attention to detail and fantastic ergos are on full display. 3.5 oz. weight and slim handle (0.40" thickness) make it a pleasure to carry, too.

Well, our power has been out for almost 3 days now. We got one of the worst windstorms to date here in Ontario. Half a million+ people without power. Must have been the remnants of the disaster tornado that swept through the US a few days ago. It’s been a challenge to keep the house warm enough that we don’t freeze, but not too warm that it warms up the freezer in the house. I guess I need to look into a generator and a transfer switch. You looking for work Dcdavis Dcdavis lol.
Glad you are safe, D. I know that tornado was too close to home for comfort.

My thoughts, prayers and heart goes out to all who were/are affected. Very tragic.
