Changed to go grab a bite. A dish called James Browns; consisting of hash browns, chorizo, spinach/mushrooms/onions/peppers, topped with a fried egg, and then sausage gravy .

Still carrying the Large 21, out on a walk this cold Sunday afternoon. This is one of my knives that makes me question why I own any others.

Pretty decent beater knife. It's a zero ground edge that definitely needs a micro bevel. It chipped on a small bit of cardboard. We will see if that helps or if the knife is just too brittle. Looks like they accomplished the factory edge on a power polisher.

Those Izula knives are pretty nifty. I am considering purchasing a Ken Onion work sharp and thinning one of mine out a bit.

I like how the whole thing will slip into a front pocket, or clip to the pocket for easy access while working.
