Mornin fellas/felletes. I got a strange one today. A Real Steel G3 Pukko. Heavily milled stainless framelock with a true scandi ground 14c28n 3.74" blade. It reminds me of a harder use Mora. Yea know I'm starting to realize that I've had an infatuation with titanium framelocks mainly because they are considered the top of the food chain. When I really think about it, a stainless framelock is almost better than ti for me because they are super strong and the lock faces really don't wear. The downside to them is that they are heavier. However this one has extensive internal milling making it very surprisingly light. It weighs exactly the same as an Umnumzaan. Anyways, you don't really hear about these so I figured you guys would like to see it, that and it is what I'm messing around with today.

The skinny 3.5 is in the pocket today and the Ontario machete is choppin up some scrap pine for kindling to help get the fire going.

Yessir! It’s wonderfully done. The ergos and drop point blade are my favorite aspects. The action isn’t as nice as the Evo Typhoons, though I understand they’re different opening methods. It’s fluid, but not snappy like some other front flippers that I’ve handled (WE Shamwari and Burger Atlas SFL). Fit and finish is on point as with most Reate productions. It’s a tad smaller than I had expected — for some reason I was expecting it to be comparable to the Evo Typhoon . Looking forward to seeing yours on this thread!
