First full day with the Mini Tempest. I have to agree with @TenShun705, it does feel a bit smaller in the hand than the numbers might lead you to believe…which suits me just fine.
Now, I gotta be honest; this is my first front flipper and I literally had to pull up videos on proper “technique”. I’ll admit to still being a wee-bit clumsy opening the blade.
Actually, that would be kinda overselling myself. I look like grandpa trying to navigate a Comcast remote to get to the Netflix app on a smart TV. It’s slow, painful to watch and makes ya’ just want to reach over and grab the damn thing outta my hand.
I’ll get there though, it’s just gonna take some work….and maybe a small investment of “blood equity” on my part.
