Couldn’t help myself. Looking for an old sign in a storage closet and saw this dude staring at me!

Opted to go the “French traditional” route for a wickedly cold Thursday afternoon.

Ok, fine….it was 90 degrees with hardly a cloud in sight. No idea why I felt compelled to lie about the weather. I guess seein’ some of you guys still dealing with the ice and snow made me feel guilty there for a minute.

If it’s any consolation, it ain’t all “fun in the sun” down here in the tropics. Heck, I put my dermatologist’s four kids through college and he named his yacht after me. It was the least he could do….considering I basically paid for the damn thing single-handedly, lol.

Anyway, hope the warm and sunny spring weather finds all of you soon. In the meantime, have a great evening.

Today in my pocket walks this Boker Barlow Anniversary 150 in Green Curly Birch Wood and 440C.

Sold a couple of old vehicles out here on my place the other day and while cleaning them out found several boxes of ammo and this knife I totally forgot about.

It’s a great little knife. Easy to clean up, and I just strop it regularly to keep the edge up and it’s good to go.

Made a new lanyard for the WE smooth Sentinel tricky to remove the inner strands at just the one section so it fits around the stand off and leaving the strands on either side so the knot is larger
