You are 100% correct. I actually just ordered another set of black G10’s late last night. I’ve actually got a set of black g10’s that I put on on one of my BK14’s but they are beat all to hell and the screw heads are almost stripped out at this point. I also have a set of the micarta’s that I put on my other BK14 but I don’t especially care for those, love the look but not the feel. I love the 1095 Izula with a cord wrap, scales, and even just skeletonized, but something about the stainless doesn’t feel right bare or with a wrap, so the scales have been ordered. So most likely the Izula carry will be on hold for a day or two.
