Personally I’d dye the G10 (not a fan of jade) and use them. Like you, I think copper and brass are entirely too heavy for a pocket knife.Love the copper and how it patinas, but dang it’s heeeeaaaavy. Should I keep these scales installed or switch back to the jade G10?

Hasn't left my pocket in quite some time. Big enough to handle oranges at work and an overall joy to open.
That AB is pretty slick lookingTriple for Sunday. This Swamp Rat rides in my back pocket. IMO, much nicer size compared to the Izula I edc’d years ago.
