Forgive the Southern man here, but I thought NY had the thin and Chicago the thick/pan style?Tourist pizza.
While that bloated pie is good once in while, Chicago thin crust is where it's at.
So Chicago is divided. New York is the floppy pizza. North side of Chicago is known for both pan and deep dish, but that is more of a touristy thing than a regular. Most places serve "south side" style super thin crust, generally a crispier crust.Forgive the Southern man here, but I thought NY had the thin and Chicago the thick/pan style?
I love the older ZTs.View attachment 1798853
Here's a bit of an older ZT, that doesn't get the pocket time it used to. A bit of a brick, but I still love it. It started life as the all DLC version. I sanded the peaks off to reveal the titanium. Simple procedure, but I like how it turned out. Love those Rexford designs. I'll trade this for one of his customs if anybody is interested. No need for you to add cash to the deal.
