It is one of the cocobolo GEC 36s. Large blade and a hand filling handle. I find it particularly useful in a utility knife role. Having seen your typical daily use, I can say this one has stripped a few 4/4 SOOW cables and does a great job. The tall blade and flat grind makes for a sharp blade, and I just prefer a wharncliffe style for some tasks.

What kind of night shift work do you do?

I worked in law enforcement, in different positions, from 2001-2016 before I relocated to South Carolina. Now I’m doing armed security in the private sector, at least for now. I’m fairly close to hanging it all up for good

Put a 15° edge on the 112. It’s a slicing machine now. Not bad for $27 bucks (no pun intended )
Taking it for its first carry today.

Yes sir! At 15° They are ridiculously good slicers.
