Toferner Celtic Pocket/Neck Knife for meal duty.
SAK Mini Champ, and Leatherman Charge+TTI.
(I wouldn't feel right using the Charge for meal duty, tho I'm sure it could handle the driest toughest over cooked pork chop/pork loin or roast beef they've managed to date. )
