Insticts kick in and you'll do great. Things happen slowly at the start and they sort of train you. It's when they get mobile that the really crazy starts. I'm 7 weeks to having my 2nd one here.

I pretty much don't do food pics nor use my pocket knives for food prep, but I had my Tolk on me for Southard Sunday and opened some packaging with it while cooking breakfast for the wife and I on Mother's Day.

I must have had a double-yolk before, given the thousands of eggs I've likely cooked over my lifetime, but was really surprised when I cracked this one and dropped it in the pan. I'll take it as a good omen for a Happy Mothers' Day for all.
