Thank you! That's great to know. I read a couple of reviews where people had them for 10-20 years.

Just don't let it run down. Keeping an Eco Drive in the light seems to be the key to longevity, from what I've read.

Just got this yesterday, in time for the 4th Case Seahorse USA

very nice detailing and adds to the grip during use

Now, like most every Case Seahorse I've owned, close to 10 of them so far, each one always needed the point/tip of the main blade re-pointed. I used my Ken Onion Worksharp Grinder attachment to carefully bring that point back into a nice splinter picker point...also I hand sharpened all three blades, they arrived so that they cut pretty good, but a little TLC never hurts.
