I'm fighting getting a Demco but know deep down I will lose.
I’m in the same boat, not much sympathy around here though.I'm fighting getting a Demco but know deep down I will lose.
Its a great knife. I'm just awaiting my custom scales. It appears my thumbstuds must have permanent locktite because I cannot get them off, even in a vice.I’m in the same boat, not much sympathy around here though.![]()
I see 2 steels D2 & Aus10. Is one newer than the other. Its a great knife. I'm just awaiting my custom scales. It appears my thumbstuds must have permanent locktite because I cannot get them off, even in a vice.
Mine is CPM-3V from Knifecenter. AUS10 is a stainless, D2 a semi-stainless tool steel. Other than that, I'm not sure of the differences, but I chose the CPM-3V as it is a PM steel.I see 2 steels D2 & Aus10. Is one newer than the other.

Your calendar describes me EXACTLY!
Thanks for response. Don't need premium steel so will order today. The AUS was the first release then followed up with D2. I’ve heard they’re going to release them in various steels.
It’s a fun fidgety knife. Recommended if you’re on the fence.
