Sometimes the Missus knows bestI almost traded away my beautiful large 21 pre-Idaho Bocote Sebenza yesterday for a Koenig Arius. The Seb is much loved but has been a drawer queen its entire life and I figured it was time to move her on for something I'd carry and use. I told my wife while we were hanging around the hospital for pre-op testing, showed her pictures of both, and she gave me that look and said how much she loved that Seb and didn't much care for the Aius. It wasn't that "I'll be pissed look", but the "I'll be sad" one. Irresistible. I've still got the CRK and the Arius sold quickly after I withdrew. The seller's happy (though I think he really wanted my knife), my wife is happy, and I do love my Bocote beauty.

I'm not sure I can make myself use it, though, as it's so pretty perfect. I've got 6 other large CRKs to put to work so I pocketed my 21 Micarta Insingo to use in the shop today and brought the queen along in her slip.

Yup. Only big mistake she made was marrying me, but that gave her three fine sons, so that's pretty much a wash.Sometimes the Missus knows bestfunny how that works sometimes.
