We have been at the small local river. A lovely place that was transformed back to wild nature. The children can play in the water and there are plenty of animals again.

You seem to be getting lots of use out of this one. Been enjoying your photos with it.

A slightly modified Endura.
I found the middle lump in the handle annoying. I was pretty much exactly where I wanted to set my middle finger.

I find that the modification greatly improves the handle for me.

I know this is a popular modification. I won't be doing this to mine, but I am curious how you did it? Sandpaper?

The handle material is Moccha Paper Micarta on the jjsmith

The sheath is a pocket sheath for the smaller Northwood’s Fall Creek. Thank you for the kind words.

It is on the smaller side for me. Normally I prefer beefier knives, but the leightweight and compactness are great for summer. Plus it is made by Reate, which makes it plain perfect in fit and finish.
