Yard buzzards came out looking pretty tasty!!!!!!! Need a big old brisket going next B!!!!!

Thanks J! It was quite juicy, but I under seasoned it a bit . Brisket is definitely on the list!

I can almost taste that crisp skin ( just a note, a little more salt please) with the juicy succulent meat falling off the bone.. Have to ask do you cater smaller events.

Well, great minds and all, Phil....

My RDD's a fairly frequent Shiro Sunday carry, especially in gym shorts which I'll wear all day as we've postponed our exercise laps to late afternoon. It's not quite so hot today and our route around the lots is almost entirely shaded. I've still got four bolts to split and may pop out to do that this afternoon as it may rain tomorrow--here's hoping'--and I should get it all stocked and the splitter covered beforehand.
