I think that knife is impressive because of the simplicity of it's design.
It demonstrates you don't have to spend a fortune to have a nice knife.

Thank you muchAll great choices.
Awesome! Details, please!
Wonderful. Thanks for the feedback. I think I hear one of those calling my name....Thanks its a Vosteed Nightshade. Ball bearing flipper with good action and F+F for a budget folder, as expected from an OEM like Kizer. The 154cm blade has a nice sticky edge from the factory on my example, feels ground thin, and slices pretty well the few times I've used it since arrival. The stonewash finish looks good on this gray G10 version. Its definitely a unique looking blade shape which is what drew me in and is surprisingly useful with the thin geometry and negative blade angle presenting the edge to the work easily. Medium sized so it carries well and the liner lock is a good thickness with no play. Everything is rounded off pretty well on the handle and the blade has a crowned spine. Diggin it so far!

looks good...you're first I know who's got one with this new blade shape. how ya like it so far out of box?
Yeah liking it for sure, it's very simular to the original, the carbon fiber is darker vs the og, and the new blade shape is curvey but not crazy.looks good...you're first I know who's got one with this new blade shape. how ya like it so far out of box?
Oh yes the good ole daysHappy national knife day everyone! Today I carry this Kershaw Scallion. A very handy little pattern. My first quality knife (besides a SAK) was a half serrated Scallion with aluminum scales. I traded a small bag of marijuana for itand was the happiest young man in the world! I've since grown out of liking half serrated blades or marijuana personally, but have some very good memories of time spent with both.
