Wow , that wood looks beautiful. Is that Sebenza a large?

Thanks Brother it’s actually a small 31. I had a large 31 before and for some reason the small I like much more . The large is nice though not taking anything away from it and may get another some day but for me the small is the sweet spot with this pattern. Fits my hand like it was made for it with no wasted Real estate. Also the lock bar is much easier for me to manipulate and release .

Got this out yesterday, honestly intending to sell it. Then, it started whispering to me, and I decided I should keep it. It's mine, after all. My own.

Don’t sell it. Even if you decide not to carry it often, that knife is legendary for a reason. Carry it when you don’t know what else to carry, when you don’t know what to expect or if you got some work to do. Just beat on it. I regret selling mine… I’ll get another before to long.

Long busy day here and posting late. I disassembled the new Cheburkov today, cleaned the grease out of the pivot--wasn't really a lot there--re-lubed with W10 NanoOil, and filled the detent ball hole with FinishLine to ease the break-in period on the flipper. This thing is super light and carries like nothing IWB in gym shorts.

K worked most of the day re-decking the west third of the boathouse floor as it had gotten pretty soft due to incursion from the adjacent high grade. I helped him later as we installed a curb along that edge to tie in the fabric Quanset's frame and to keep the soil and leaves out.
