Alternating with these through out the day .
Went and steamed cleaned the under chassis of the ride today and gave her a bath.

Now I think someone has talked me into a lazy Sunday afternoon nap after lunch 😁

I have a hard time not abandoning all my other knives to just carry my Strizh. As far as the action goes, I found cleaning the bearings/housing out of the black grease and replacing it with an oil vastly improved the action.
I've come to really dislike grease in knives and change out to W10 NanoOil almost immediately unless the action is outstanding out of the box. My Russians and the Italians I've owned (sold most) all had black Militec-like gunk in 'em. My latest, Cheburkov Leader, didn't have much, but cleaning it out and re-lubing made a huge difference.

My small Strizh is the all-CF model like yours, but older and on washers. It had a wicked stiff action when I received it as it likely sat on the German dealer's shelf for a long time. Putting a hair dryer to it was not enough to break the thread locker but did seem to melt whatever was in there and adding a tiny bit of W10 from time to time keeps it super smooth and flicking out easily. I keep meaning to put my heat gun to it to crack it open for a good cleaning, but still haven't managed to get around to it.

Today's carry is the Leader again--same liner-less liner-lock construction as the Strizh--with our friend bigolegator bigolegator in mind for 'Spensive Pocket Sword Sunday.

Started carrying the WH B-12 Spearpoint when we went out for dinner Friday night. Didn’t have much going on this weekend so I stuck with it Saturday and Sunday.

Of the knives I own, this is far and away the most difficult to photograph. The inlays are glossy and reflective, which makes it virtually impossible to capture the 3-dimensional aspect, colors and depth of the scales.

Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend!
