EDC XIII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Been securing jobsites all week in preparation for the remnants of this hurricane. Battening down the hatches at home today. Forecasting 3 inches of rain and 50mph winds all day tomorrow. Already blowing 20-30 today.

I hope all you Florida folks made it through relatively unscathed.

This homemade knife was made by my uncle Bob in the late 50's early 60's. He was a maintenance man a the shoe factory in Millersburg Pa.(long since gone) The raw materials broken saw blade "leather shoe scraps" and brass.
Shoe leather is also responsible for the sheath. Not much to look at but scary sharp and useful. He passed away many years ago and this was given to me. Think I'll keep it till my exit. 8.5 inch blade and 14.25 OAL.

Still carrying a CRK every day, at least until I run through all ten. Today is Thirty-one Thursday with my natural Micarta Sebenza, tricked out with its Jekyll to Hyde backspacer and inlay-matching bead. I'd seen a knife set up very much like this on the Exchange soon after the current model was released, but it was gone by the time I got to it. I was lucky to get this one with seconds sometime later and quickly modded it to approximate the one I'd seen earlier, though I used a different cord that adds a bit more brightness to the equation.
