Almost never carry wild like this anymore but I wanted to try the sheath while walking and running. Great sheath. I was wondering how I'd ever carry the knife because I was not about to use the tactical dulling sheath. I also left anxious and not wanting to be approached, thought this would help. Sort of did, only had positive interactions at least. Hope you all are doing better than me this week.

edited to mention "This knife" is a 3V Cold Steel SRK if it was not clear.

Just got home after 2 weeks in the hospital. MrsR&T had an emergency c-section at just under 34 weeks.


Baby is in NICU for several weeks before he can go home with his adoptive parents. We'll get to be a part of his growing up, so he'll have 4 parents to love him.

Day 6: happy thumbstud Thursday! The factory edge worked but was very rough and I couldn't stand it any more. Decided to give it a proper edge. It's not perfect since there were actually some chips from the factory but they will sharpen out eventually. Really enjoying this knife so far.

Also just want to point out that this is one the internet almost ruined for me. So many people say it can't cut well or isn't good for certain tasks but honestly I think it cuts just as well as most knives out there. Just a PSA that if there is a knife you want to try and like the looks of don't listen to others!

I've been kinda busy the last few days doing prep work to get our youth b-ball league and my club going, and with more gray, wet, and crappy weather I haven't gotten any pics until today and even missed posting yesterday. I took it easy today and after getting my cardio laps in I finished reassembling my iMamba after an initial new-knife cleaning and re-lube and got some pics around the yard as the sun tried to peek through here and there.

I’m in the lazy-pic camp myself today after what’s turning out to be an exceptionally long week.

Wingman Spar-K in my pocket all day, and I’d also like to give a quick shout-out to the RMJ Tactical Sparrow that’s always strapped to my seatbelt. I guess technically it’s far and away my most carried knife….assuming truck-carry counts as a carry.
