1 point to pop there top balloon
5 points to pop the middle balloon
100 points to pop the bottom balloon
1000 bonus points to not hit the child

Well to be fair it's a #3 balloon so any hit and they all go down. My daughter turned 3 this week so we do have a ton of balloons all over the house and the knife has been taking care of those.

Also as a side note: When I posted the photo is said to myself "I wonder if anyone will say it looks like I'm trying to chase down a little kid? "

I think you left out one bonus point option.
Add one more ballon and adorable little girl gets some air time
